Diem holds the LL. B in Business law at Ho Chi Minh City Economics and Law University. After graduating from law school in 2012, he started his career in VIETSUN law firm as a Legal specialist. Diem joined ATIM since May 2018 and has been practicing mainly in litigation field. Diem is a Senior Associate of ATIM.

He is an experienced lawyer with extensive knowledge of disputes related to construction, infrastructure projects, goods, commerce, civil and criminal disputes. His experience includes dispute resolutions at the Vietnamese courts, Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). He has more than 8 years of experience of working in the dispute settlement and the litigation services. Diem is very confident in court room and adept at managing a large case load. He has successfully managed a lot of litigation cases and resolved legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims and advocating for clients in court.

• Successfully support a Taiwanese company to recover a bad debt with amount of VND 3 billion in Thai Binh Province, Vietnam.
• Successfully support a real estate company to take back commercial property and recover debt in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
