LEGAL INSIGHT

Corporate Governance, in general and Shareholding Company Governance in particular, play a vital role in an enterprise operating effectively and ensuring investors’ legitimate rights and interests. Currently, in Vietnam, many factors affect the Shareholding Company Governance, one of which is the legal factor. Therefore, within the scope of this article, the author points out some limitations and inadequacies as well as makes recommendations to contribute to the improvement of legal regulations on the Shareholding Company Governance in Law on Enterprises 2020 No. 59/2020/QH14, which takes effect on January 1, 2021.
