Ngoc graduated from University of Economics and Law and started her career in ATIM Law Firm in 2015. She focused to work in practicing of counseling corporate and investment, direct selling business (multi-level sale), trading field.

She has experience in working in corporate and investment service for foreign investors, Ngoc is confident in supporting ATIM Law Firm’s clients to enter in to Vietnamese market and comply with the local laws. Throughout her career of providing professional advice for more than 40 foreign investors and companies up to 2021, Ngoc has proved herself dedicated counselor who possesses an acute sense of problem-solving, a calm demeanor. As for major projects such as start-up, expansion, dissolution and business model conversion, Ngoc has always demonstrated her commitment and delivered good results.

• Successfully supported many investors such as QNET PTE. LTD, PM-International AG and doTERRA Enterprise S.a.r.l to set up their new business in Vietnam in the context of Vietnam laws change on trading and multi-level sale.
• Advising QNET VN and PM Vietnam to get the Multi-level sale License for doing multi-level sale legally in Vietnam.
• Successfully advised Perfect Global (Vietnam) to fully adapt to the new conditions in multi-level sale field and renew their multi-level sale license to continue to operate their business in Vietnam.
• Advising and supporting clients for providing regular legal advice service related to investment, business operation in Vietnam.
• Supporting other USA company to understand the legal overview and industry status of direct selling business field in Vietnam before they decide to enter to Vietnam.
• For other customers of ATIM Law Firm such as Nu Skin, Herbalife, Tupperware, and other companies, etc. Ngoc has participated in consulting many activities of clients to ensure their legal compliance and support in many legal issues, procedures internally and at authorities.
• Consulting and supporting clients in drafting and reviewing commercial documents, papers related to the business in accordance with the law, ensuring the benefits and transparency the legal rights of clients.
• Supporting clients in settling clients’ violations discovered by competent authorities in inspection.
