Prior to joining ATIM, she used to be a consultant in the Corporate and Investment sector at Deloitte Vietnam (Tax and Legal). She successfully managed numerous M&A projects, enterprise incorporation and licensing projects for foreign investors, focusing on specialized industries including manufacturing, retail, import-export, distribution, and information technology. At EPLegal Limited, she had oppoturnity to broaden her expertise in Oil and Gas, Energy, Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution. Committed to conserving the clients’ benefit, she directly participated in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of several kinds of Oil&Gas and Energy projects, ensuring high legal standards. During her career, she has participated in a number of large-scale projects for both domestic and foreign clients, e.g. PVN, PV GAS, BSR, PVTrans, VJA and FLOVEL. She handled the draft and review of loan facilities, financing restructuring, foreign loan registration for both domestic and foreign clients, and review of internal banking policies, e.g. MB, Mizuho, Bank of India – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Beyond her advisory role, Rosie has been actively engaged in dispute resolution and has participated in several litigation and arbitration cases. Her exceptional ability to navigate intricate legal challenges makes her invaluable, adept at guiding clients through the complex and multifaceted legal landscapes across diverse industries.
