Overall, in the past 10 months, the whole country had 131,800 newly registered businesses, with a total registered capital of nearly 1.2 million billion VND. The total number of registered workers is 880,000 workers. The average registered capital per enterprise reached 9.2 billion VND, down 16% over the same period in 2022.

In total, for the past 10 months, the number of enterprises temporarily suspending business for a certain period of time was 81,000 enterprises, an increase of 22.1% over the same period last year; 50,700 businesses stopped operating waiting for dissolution procedures, an increase of 25.9%; 14,700 businesses completed dissolution procedures, down 4.5%.
In the past 10 months, 146,600 businesses withdrew from the market, an increase of 20%. On average, 14,700 businesses withdraw from the market each month.
