Referring to construction projects, we cannot overlook the construction contract forms issued by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers ("FIDIC"), also known as FIDIC Sample Contract. Following several changes and adjustments over the past two decades, numerous countries, including Vietnam, continue to acknowledge and rely on the FIDIC Sample Contract.
