The Government abolished all 18 legal documents

On December 19, the Government issued Decree 92/2023, abolishing all 18 legal documents issued by the Government. Include:

Decree 189-HDBT of the Council of Ministers details the implementation of the Consular Ordinance.

Decree 161/1999 details the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on the signing and implementation of international treaties.

Decree 159/2003 on supply and use of checks.

Decree 42/2007 regulates the ranks of officers and non-commissioned officers in the People's Public Security force.

Decree 53/2010 regulates investment incentive areas and corporate income tax incentives for newly established administrative units whose administrative boundaries are adjusted by the Government.

Decree 101/2011 details the implementation of Resolution 08/2011 of the National Assembly on promulgating a number of additional tax solutions to remove difficulties for businesses and individuals.

Decree 60/2012 details the implementation of Resolution 29/2012/QH13 on promulgating a number of tax policies to remove difficulties for organizations and individuals.

Decree 183/2013 on Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Airlines Corporation.

Decree 184/2013 on Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Maritime Corporation.

Decree 10/2014 on the Charter of organization and operation of the Southern Food Corporation.

Decree 41/2020 extends the deadline for paying taxes and land rent.

Decree 109/2020 extends the deadline for paying special consumption tax on domestically produced or assembled cars.

Decree 114/2020 details the implementation of Resolution 116/2020 of the National Assembly on reducing corporate income tax payable in 2020 for businesses, cooperatives, public service units and other organizations.

Decree 44/2021 provides guidance on deductible expenses when determining income subject to corporate income tax for support and sponsorship expenses of businesses and organizations for COVID-19 prevention and control activities. 19.

Decree 52/2021 extends the deadline for paying value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax and land rent in 2021.

Decree 92/2021 details the implementation of Resolution 406/2021 of the National Assembly Standing Committee promulgating a number of solutions to support businesses and people affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

Decree 104/2021 extends the deadline for paying special consumption tax on domestically produced or assembled cars.

Decree 92/2023 takes effect from December 19, 2023.

The Government also partially abolished five legal documents, including:

Abolish Article 23, Article 24, Article 25 of Decree 19/2011 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Adoption.

Abolish Article 10 of Decree 34/2014 on regulations of land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Abolish Clause 2, Article 22 of Decree 52/2015 on National Law Database.

Abolish Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 75/2020 detailing a number of articles of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam.

Abolish Article 12 of Decree 104/2022 amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to submitting and presenting paper household registration books and temporary residence books when carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services. .
