Industrial Real Estate - Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park is ready for land transfer in quarter IV of 2022

On February 8, 2022, Viglacera Corporation started the construction of Industrial Park Thuan Thanh 1, Bac Ninh. Some general information about Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park can be mentioned as follows:

Reaching approximately 250 hectares in size and carrying an investment capital of nearly 3 trillion VND, Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park’s investment approval was granted on 17th February 2021 under Decision 210/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. This industrial park is new modern and hi-tech with a target to promote economic development in Thuan Thanh District and Bac Ninh province. Simultaneously, near the Industrial Park, Viglacera plans to build a residential area for experts and workers with a scale of about 30,5 hectares to support workers and businesses in the Industrial Park.

Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park is conveniently located close to critical transportation routes, including National Route 17, National Route 38, and the No. 4 Ring Road. Its location makes it highly accessible to Noi Bai International Airport, Cat Bi Airport, Van Don Airport, Dinh Vu – Hai Phong Seaport as well as Cai Lan – Quang Ninh Seaport.

In addition, the Industrial Park has a modern and consistent technical and physical infrastructure. Thuan Thanh 1 is a multi-functional Industrial Park, focused on attracting a variety of investments, particularly in supporting industries, electronics, information technology, household goods, machinery as well as non–polluting and eco–friendly industries. Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park aims to become a sustainable ecological Industrial Park.

Pursuant to Sufextrading, Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park is currently in the process of being completed and will be ready for land transfer from the fourth quarter of 2022. Thuan Thanh 1 Industrial Park is scheduled to operate until 2071.
