Nhu joined ATIM LAW FIRM from the very beginning, after graduated from the University of Economics & Law (a member of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City), she acted as a legal assistant as of 2017. After a 4-year career at ATIM LAW FIRM, in 2021, she was upgraded to an Associate.

At ATIM LAW FIRM, Nhu specializes in the corporate & investment fields in general and focuses on the following industries: M&A, re-structuring, distribution & retail, project & energy, employment, and compliance.

Assisted a Singapore-based company in advising legal issues and preparing the full legal due diligence report to acquire 80% of total shares in a public company registering for trading on UPCOM (2020).

Assisted shareholders of BKEA, BKEC in advising legal issues, transaction structure, and conducting comprehensive procedures so that the parties satisfy Condition Precedent related to M&A deal with a Japanese-invested company, whose value is approx. USD 4.5 Mil (2019).

Assisted the foreign investor in legal issues and preparing documents in pre-transaction steps for an M&A transaction in which purchasing a wind power project in Duyen Hai, Tra Vinh Province whose value is approximately USD 1 Mil (2019).
