INTRODUCTION

In the next two years, I want to build a professional career focusing on both commercial litigation and legal consulting. In the field of litigation, I want to help client settle their dispute in a diligent and fast manner, both inside and outside the court. Besides, I also want to become a legal counselor to support client overcome legal issues in business. In the past, I had the opportunity to work in both fields. The valuable experience made me realize that litigation and consulting can come hand in hand. A lawyer who help the knowledge and skills in both can approach and achieve clients' goal more efficiently and creatively.

As a personal goal, after a certain duration, I want to gather my knowledge and write a books for non-law practitioners to read. I hope it can raise the awareness of the public about the law. In my opinion, a civilized society is a society where people know the law well.

• Successfully collect a debt of VND 15,000,000,000 via arbitration and enforcement;
• Protect company valuable IP assets (YouTube Channel of one of the biggest YouTuber in Vietnam) via negotiation with violator and YouTube;
• Successfully collect the payment of salary and social insurance debt for group of 6 employees.
