Lee was born in Korea, after high school graduates 1979, he joined with Chohung bank and 2017 Jan, he resigned from Shinhan bank as branch general manager. During work at bank, he got a lot of experience like credit officer, foreign/global business, process innovation, labor union, NPL of foreign branch & card management, Vietnam HCM branch general manager etc. When he worked at any branch/department, he made history for bank such as attract government fund, localization in Vietnam, receive award, innovation process. During work at Thaco, he made big deal such as 210 million USD syndicated loan with SC bank for Thaco Auto (Sep 2019); bridge loan 130 million USD with May bank for DQM real estate developer that is subsidiary of Thaco (Dec 2019). His job philosophy is performance, teamwork, self-development - The basic rule for staff evaluation. Especially marketing performance. He believes he can sell hot tea in the desert. Marketing skills come from understanding of customer situations & hearing customer voices and self-study.
