The official visit and meeting at the base factory of client in the trade remedy case (AD04) in China

As of 1st November 2018,  ATIM's partner paid a personal visit to a color coated steel processing plant in Shandong province, China, which aimed to prepare and assist foreign client in the on-going anti-dumping case initiated by Viet Nam steel producing manufacturers. At present, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam has issued the questionnaire to the parties and proceeding  further investigations. Prior, on 15th October 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade had announced the Decision No. 3877/QD-BCT on Investigation for imposion of Anti-dumping Measures on certain alloy steel or non-alloy steel products, which are flat-rolled and varnished or coated with plastics or other materials, originating from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (Case No. AD04). This is by far the fourth anti-dumping case initiated by Vietnam whilst the third anti-dumping case in Vietnam that ATIM partakes as a representative for petitioner or petitionee.
