INDONESIA HAS DECIDED TO INITIATE AN ANTI-DUMPING INVESTIGATION

Indonesian Anti Dumping Committee (Komite Anti Dumping Indonesia/KADI) has initiated an anti-dumping investigation against Vietnam and China.

On August 26th, 2019, KADI has decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against product of Zinc Aluminum Coated Steel imported from Vietnam and China. The imported goods that are investigated (BJLAS) is classified by the HS code 7210.61.11, 7212.50.23, 7212.50.24, 7212.50.29, 7225.99.90, 7226.99.19 và 7226.99.99.

 

According to the announcement, KADI affirmed that they  found sufficient preliminary evidence that there are dumping products from People’s Republic of China (RRT) and Vietnam, Domestic Industry’s (Industri Dalam Negeri or IDN) losses, and causal link of dumping products and IDN’s losses.

 

Further, KADI will deliver questionnaire and copy of the non-confidential application as well as the announcement of the commencement of this investigation to the known interested party and give the chance to request hearing.

 

KADI invites all interested parties to make its company known within 14 (fourteen) calendar days since 26th August.
