Her clients include prominent local and international individuals and businesses, multi-national enterprises spanning across a wide range of industries.

    Phuong's experience covers wide range of investments and business ventures in different sectors; advising on inter-shareholder rights and conducting due diligence; advising on transfer of shares and assets; drafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements; and advising on compliance with regulatory requirements in relation to employment, tax issues.
